About therapy
Private psychotherapy and counselling, shaped around you
Think Forward Health offers private psychotherapy and counselling with Dr Nikita Amin, an HCPC registered practitioner psychologist and UKCP registered psychotherapist. Sessions are one to one, available in person and online, and tailored to what you want to change.
People come to therapy for many reasons: anxiety that won't switch off, low mood or depression, the after effects of trauma, grief after losing someone, OCD, panic attacks, work stress, or questions about identity and who they want to be. You don't need a diagnosis or a referral from your GP to start.
Every plan is individual. Together we explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns of behaviour, using evidence-based approaches to help you understand what keeps difficulties going and to build practical ways of moving forward.
