Terms of Service
The terms that apply to using this website and booking therapy with us.
Last updated: 20 October 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of this website and to therapy services provided by Think Forward Health. By booking a session you agree to them. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
Not an emergency service
This website and our therapy services are not suitable for emergencies. If you are at risk, call 999, go to A&E, call NHS 111 (option 2 for mental health), or contact Samaritans free on 116 123, 24 hours a day.
Booking and consultations
Initial consultations are booked through Calendly. Before ongoing therapy begins we will agree a written therapy contract covering session length, frequency, fees, confidentiality and its limits.
Fees, cancellations and payment
Fees are as listed on our Fees page and confirmed in your therapy contract.
Cancellations with less than [48 hours'] notice may be charged at the full session fee, except in genuine emergencies at our discretion.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days to cancel a service booked online. If you ask for a session to take place within that period, you may be charged for sessions already provided.
Professional standards
Therapy is provided in line with the HCPC Standards of Conduct, Performance and Ethics (registration [HCPC registration number]) and the UKCP Code of Ethics (registration [UKCP registration number]). We hold professional indemnity insurance.
Website content
Information on this website is general and not a substitute for individual clinical advice. Website content is owned by us and may not be copied without permission. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
