Understanding ocd
Obsessive Compulsive Disorder can be exhausting. Intrusive thoughts, doubts or urges feel impossible to ignore, and rituals or checking bring only brief relief before the cycle starts again.
OCD is very treatable. Using evidence-based approaches recommended by NICE, therapy helps you understand the OCD cycle, reduce compulsions step by step and loosen the grip of intrusive thoughts.
I see adults in person at my clinic in Swanley, Kent, and online by video or phone for clients across London, the UK and internationally.
Common signs of ocd

OCD therapy questions
Will I be judged for my intrusive thoughts?
Never. Intrusive thoughts are very common in OCD and do not reflect who you are. This is a safe space to talk about them.
Will exposure work be too much?
We plan everything together and start small. You stay in control of the pace.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book a free consultation directly. If you plan to use private health insurance, check whether your insurer needs a referral first.
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
Research shows online therapy can be just as effective for many difficulties, and many clients find it easier to open up from home.
