Understanding stress
Some stress is part of life, but when pressure builds without relief it can leave you irritable, exhausted, unable to switch off and running on empty.
Therapy helps you understand what is driving your stress, set healthier boundaries and build practical ways to recover, so you can keep going without burning out.
I see adults in person at my clinic in Swanley, Kent, and online by video or phone for clients across London, the UK and internationally.

Stress therapy questions
Is stress serious enough for therapy?
Yes. If stress is affecting your sleep, health, relationships or work, therapy can help before it develops into burnout.
Can you help me return to work after time off?
Yes. We can plan a supported return and work on what led to the time off.
Do I need a GP referral?
No. You can book a free consultation directly. If you plan to use private health insurance, check whether your insurer needs a referral first.
Is online therapy as effective as in person?
Research shows online therapy can be just as effective for many difficulties, and many clients find it easier to open up from home.
